Terms of Use
These terms apply when you access or use Kids This Way. By using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service
Kids This Way helps parents and carers discover activities, venues and programs for children. General browsing is free. An account may be required for favourites, reviews, photos, personalised features and submissions.
2. Adult use and supervision
The service is intended for adults. A parent or responsible adult must assess every activity and supervise children appropriately. The app does not replace your judgment, a venue's rules, professional advice or emergency services.
3. Verify before you go
Listings, opening hours, prices, age ranges, programs, accessibility features, photographs, weather, availability and directions may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. Always confirm important details directly with the venue, especially safety, bookings, medical needs, accessibility and supervision requirements.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access secure. Provide accurate information and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised use. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.
5. Reviews, photos and suggestions
Only submit content you have the right to share. Content must be honest, relevant, respectful, lawful and must not expose a child's private information. Do not upload identifiable images of children without all required permissions. We may review, reject, edit or remove submissions and respond to valid legal or safety requests.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, scrape or copy it at scale, interfere with security, submit deceptive material, impersonate others, infringe rights, or use the service to harm, exploit or contact children improperly.
7. Third-party services
Maps, listings, directions, venue websites and other external services are operated by third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply. Inclusion is not an endorsement, certification or guarantee by Kids This Way.
8. Intellectual property
Kids This Way branding, design and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names, maps, photos and listing content remain the property of their respective owners and are used subject to provider terms.
9. Liability and Australian Consumer Law
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis and we are not responsible for loss caused by reliance on unverified listing information or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update the service or these terms. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws.
