Listings and community content
Use the in-app “Suggest a missing club or activity” option for new places. For incorrect, unsafe, closed or privacy-sensitive listings, email us with the place name, suburb, issue and a reliable source where possible.
Privacy and accessibility
Use the same email for access, correction or deletion requests, privacy complaints, accessibility feedback and requests for an alternative format. Include enough detail for us to locate the relevant information, but do not send unnecessary information about a child.
Urgent matters
Kids This Way does not provide emergency support. In an emergency in Australia call 000. For urgent venue-specific safety or booking issues, contact the venue directly.
