Be accurate and relevant
Share first-hand, current information about the place or activity. Clearly distinguish facts from opinions. Do not post promotions disguised as reviews.
Protect children and privacy
Never share a child's full name, address, school, health details or other identifying information. Only upload a child's image when you have every permission required by law and by the venue. Avoid images of other people's children.
Be respectful
No harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, graphic content, bullying, impersonation or discriminatory abuse. Constructive criticism is welcome; personal attacks are not.
Keep it lawful and safe
Do not infringe copyright, encourage dangerous behaviour, make knowingly false claims or use the service to contact or exploit children. Report immediate danger to the appropriate authorities.
Moderation
We may reject or remove content, limit submissions or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary. Contact us if you believe content violates these guidelines or was removed in error.
