Our approach
We aim for clear language, readable contrast, keyboard-friendly controls, meaningful labels and layouts that work on different screen sizes. We also provide filters for reported accessibility and support features.
Venue accessibility information
Accessibility details are supplied by venues, external listings or community members and may not be independently verified. Needs are individual and facilities can change, so please contact a venue before travelling.
Known limitations
Interactive maps and some third-party content may not offer the same level of accessibility as the rest of the service. Some listings may have missing descriptions or incomplete accessibility details. We are working to improve these areas.
