Our approach
We aim for clear language, readable contrast, meaningful labels, keyboard-operable actions and layouts that work on different screen sizes. We welcome feedback when something creates a barrier.
Venue accessibility information
Current listing providers do not give us reliable, complete accessibility or sensory information. We therefore do not label nearby activities as verified accessible venues. Needs are individual and facilities can change, so please contact a venue before travelling.
Known limitations
Interactive maps and some third-party content may not offer the same level of accessibility as the rest of the service. Some listings may have missing descriptions or incomplete accessibility details. We are working to improve these areas.
